 The Design Process

•CONSULTATION

During this meeting we will explore how you would like to use your garden and the particular style or feel you would like to create. This will enable us to formulate a detailed design brief. Following this meeting the design brief along with our fee proposal will be sent to you for approval. 

•SITE SURVEY

A site survey and analysis is essential to produce scaled plans for your garden and to record all of the relevant information to be considered in the design.

•Concept Design

An initial design layout and mood board will be presented to you for approval before any detailed design plans are produced. 

•Design PROPOSAL
•Planting Design
•Construction Plan

A detailed package is developed. This will include a Design Proposal plan, a Planting Design Plan and detailed Construction Drawings. This package will provide the information required for a contractor to build the design. 

•Specification documentation for Tendering.

A written document specifying the detail of the build will be produced for accurate quotation and build. Once the build begins, we work closely with the contractor to ensure that any site issues are quickly resolved and that the design is constructed to the highest quality. 

•Maintenance

We can provide garden maintenance plans detailing the specific maintenance requirements within your garden.
